About FreeDove

FreeDove is a browser maintained by the Society for the digital commons. Built on Firefox, it is preserved as a tool for unencumbered navigation.

Technological stewardship requires that our primary window to the network remains under civilian direction. This project is not a product, but a sustained effort ensuring the web stays open to all willing citizens.
